"I travel very often for work and hotel convenience and cleanliness matter greatly to me. However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours. Morgan the assistant mgr GRACIOUSLY made this possible which was such a relief to me. This hotel was very nice but what really rocked was the 5 star Asst Manager!! Thank you for treating your guests so well. "

"The beds were horrible. The air conditioner unit leaked on the floor. It made a terrible noise that would not quit. It was hard to sleep. The little fridge didn't get cold. We made a booking mistake and went back a couple of hours late and they would not let us get our stuff out of our room without paying another night. We are an elderly couple on a fixed income. I explained that I couldn't afford another night. They said that without paying our stuff could not be gotten. They would call they would call the the police. "
