「Pros: room was clean, had a working A/C and refrigerator. Cons: The curtains were tattered and too short for the window and barely covered the width of the window. Beds were hard. Pillows were like a rock. Only offered one wash cloth and two bath towels for 3 people. Did not offer amenities at all. I told her I had a reservation. She ask for what kind of room I told her double. She said they have no double and already had another customer wanting a double and would have to move people around in order to do so, and they don't have any other double rooms available.
