Front desk made mistake by double charging two days of parking fee (June 1 - June 3). When pointed out the issue with the front desk, the manager came out, but rather than taking a careful look at the charge, she first denied the mistake. But, after I asked her to go through the itemized charges, she noticed the parking fees were charged twice. People make mistakes in life, it is understandable. But, the altitude and the way you handle the issue is more important than the mistake itself, sometime. Especially when I expressed the unhappiness about he responses to my inquiry, she told me "go back your room or check out". Very rude and unprofessional! I'll never stay at La Quinta again!
