「The history of the "Alcohol plant" was interesting. The staff were friendly & helpful. It is an older building--so no air conditioning. The view was excellent. We found the room to be clean & in good condition. It was a good value & exellent location; however if you are looking for luxury--this may not be the right choice for you.」

「Nice, clean room; friendly staff. The bathroom is a bit odd with only a shower and toilet; the sink is in the main room. The shampoo and soap dispensers didn’t work, so some small shampoo, conditioner and bar soap was left for us. No a/c, but the window opened and the ceiling fan was helpful to keep the room cool. There was no elevator for guests to use, so you need to be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room.」

「This hotel has very little going for it. The room is substandard. It was clean (except for one sticky table), but old furniture can only get so clean. One chair was horribly stained. The property is substandard. The restaurant had a great hamburger. Check in took a long time because the person in charge at the bar was outside making a phone call. (You check in at the bar). Won't go there again」
