「I am extremely happy I chose Heartland City Hotel for my stay in Tuzla because it was very centrally located but also not in one of the major streets, so it was also quiet at night. Moreover, it is a family-run enterprise and I was treated so very well during my entire stay. I can therefore highly recommend the place for a stay of any length in Tuzla; breakfast is included, there is a cafe/bar on-site and plenty to do all around the area. 「Das Badezimmer hatte einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Der Rauchmelder über dem Bett an der Bettdecke wurde eher als störend empfunden da er ständig blinkte. Es haben nicht alle Lichtschalter funktioniert. Das Zimmer an sich war aber sehr angenehm eingerichtet. 」
