"First of all, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful even before our trip began. Communication was smooth and very thoughtful, which made us feel comfortable before arriving. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. The family room was truly spacious and very comfortable. The facilities were well equipped, and the small decorations and details in the room were cute and made the atmosphere very pleasant. Regarding cleanliness, if you look very carefully you might notice a little dust, some hair, or slight red mold in the bathroom, but overall it was within an acceptable range and did not affect our stay. The location is also excellent. There are so many places to eat nearby that you will never have trouble finding food, and there is even a market close by where you can buy delicious takeaway and enjoy it back in the room. Most importantly, the station is extremely close, which makes getting around Seoul very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Korea."

"Laundry is cheap but it’s in the basement of the hotel and a bit awful smelling. The elevator is a tight fit. 7/11 downstairs is super convenient."

"Our stay at The Shilla was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best we’ve experienced while traveling and made it easy to get great rest after long days out. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent and clearly very well maintained. The staff truly stood out as well. Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel seamless and relaxing. The sauna and wellness facilities were also fantastic and a highlight of the stay. "Staff was very friendly. Convenient we stayed here after moving hotels last minute. Good location for tour buses. My husband and I went on two tours while we stayed at the hotel. It was comfortable, lots of food options, and shopping. Great restaurants. Near a Moneybox where you can get the best rate for exchanging money."

"ショッピングエリアがすぐ近くにあり、ロケーションはかなり良かったと思います。部屋も普通に綺麗で、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープと必要最低限ではありましたが、2in1シャンプーではなく、コンディショナーがあった事が有難かったです(質はともかく)。唯一少し気になったのはシャワーカーテンがほんの少し臭かったのと、シャワーカーテン下の方にカビなのか黒くなっていたのが気になりました。 後、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらう際にスーツケースとリュックをまとめる際紐の長さを調節するのに多少時間がかかっていたら、従業員の方が何度ももうよろしいでしょうか？と3〜4回しつこい位に聞かれ、少しイラッとしました。他の方の対応もあり従業員の方が忙しいのはわかりますが、その場で何度ももうよろしいでしょうか？と言わず、私がまとめている間に他の方の対応をするか、(1度位ならともかく)黙って待っていて欲しかったです。"
