Great location for sightseeing in a lovely area on the seafront with restaurants in walkable distance. Fantastic room, large with sofa/dinning area and good, quiet aircon. (Only area that could be improved was the lift/lobby, it was grubby and the lift smelt terrible!)

While our trip in South Korea we spent 5 nights in T-Island. We are a familiy with two adults and two children. The room was really big and included a little kitchen and one separate sleeping room. We recommend this accommodation.

The staff at the resort was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for all. We had a nice few from our room to the sea. Quiet little village nearby. Without a car the resort not the best choice because you need long busrides to see the highlights of the island.

Not sure if the address on expedited is exactly accurate. Taxi driver from Jeju City acted like he couldn’t find the hotel in Seogwipo. Once we arrived I found a business card to give the taxi drivers so there’s no problem getting back to the property. Very comfortable stay. Beautiful views from the room. Multiple levels and no elevator. The area feels very safe. Breakfast is good. Breakfast is available from 8am - 10am. Travel time is :30 minutes to Seongpanak Trail for hiking Hallasan. 1:05 to the Jeju Airport at 8:30am on Monday morning.

The hotel view is amazing, but the hotel needs to be updated. The back building may be newer but the front one really needs to be painted and change the old fixtures, etc. Our air conditioner didn’t work and it was in the evening so the mgr said he would fixe it the next day. At first he brought in a bunch of fans but after he saw we weren’t happy he gave us a room down the hall so that was nice (it was August so very hot). They did fix it the next day and they gave us free breakfast one day for the inconvenience. I think if they do some minor renovations to make the place better it would be a 4.

wonderful people and place

We needed to stay for 2 extra days because of a health emergency, and the hotel allowed that, and the staff really went out of their way to help us. The room was large and overlooked the sea and islands. The location is close to shops and dining. Breakfast was included too (except on Wednesday). The best hotel of the 6 we experienced in Korea. Of course you need a car in Jeju.

Very nice staff, beautiful seaview, good location but there is no beach around that area. You definitely need a car to drive around. It's close to emart and there are convenient stores around. I would definitely stay there again.
