Our room was clean and neat. We had an awesome view of the ocean. Breakfast was varied and yummy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was immaculate and very clean when we checked in. Large and spacious. Beds comfortable too. Downside is big cars would need to park in an outdoor parking lot around 3 mins away from the hotel

We were there for the transjeju trail race. Excellent location for the event, walking distance to the stadium. Staffs speak enough English to communicate. Check in time was straight 2pm, and they won’t even handle the admin first, so the service felt a little cold at first. Most staffs are friendly and helpful, especially when we needed an iron the night before check out, their house keeping works only during the day, so front house staffs helped to locate the iron for us. Breakfast was basic, with fruits, bread and yogurt a bunch of stuffs from last night buffet leftovers. Parking was extremely easy at the hotel, lots of restaurants nearby, one 7-11 right downstairs, another on the same block and big supermarket in walking distance.

Nice well located hotel but service lacking
Clean basic room with tea/coffee making facilities, we used the gym facilities which is offered at a discount to residents, not for free, which was not advertised at time of booking. Decently stocked gym for a hotel. Good location, close to transport, but what brought the rating down was the service at breakfast. The manager reprimanded us for arriving to the buffet at 9.15 despite breakfast being advertised as ending at 9.30? He then advised us to arrive at 8am the following morning - even though breakfast was meant to be until 9.30? Change the advertised times if you don’t want people arriving after 9am. This left a sour taste in our mouth.

The pictures and name are a little misleading. It is definitely a budget hotel which I was not looking for - everything has the name “value hotel” and decor was worn out and old. Very disappointed as this was listed as a 4* hotel. If I had seen the name “value” in it before booking, I wouldn’t have chosen it as I was looking for something more than budget. Also had to wait 30 mins to get our car on some days which cut into our day.

Booked the suite, the room is clean but looks a little old. There wasn't much to do in the area with limited dining, maybe due to covid many places has closed. We spend most nights eating takeouts brought from the e-mart (the mart was very big and alot of things). The location is pretty far from most of the attractions in Jeju.

두명의 자녀를 데리고 처음 여행인데 너무 편히 지내다 와서 좋았습니다. 다음에도 제주도 가면 js호텔 부터 확인 할 것 같아요~ 객실도 깨끗이 관리해주시고 카운터 직원들의 밝은 모습과 친절한 응대도 좋았습니다. 무리한 부탁에 정중한 거절에도 싫은 내색을 못 느꼈습니다. 조식도 깔끔해서 아이들도 저희도 잘먹었습니다. 다만 끝나갈 시간에 오시면 준비된 음식이 없을 수 있다는 점 만 알고 있으면 괜찮을 것 같네요

위치와 방 컨디션이 너무 좋았어요. 가성비 호텔이라고 해서 약간의 망설임이 있었지만, 매우 잘 지내고 왔네요.. 갑작스런 결항으로 이틀간 다른 숙소에서 묵었는데.. 서귀포 JS 호텔이랑 너무 비교가 될 정도로 별로였네요;; 가격은 JS 호텔보다 비싼 가격에 모텔과 비슷한 상태, 그리고, 애들요금은 추가로 결제해야 한다는 것과;; 다음에 제주도 갈 일이 있으면 JS 호텔에서 또 묵고 싶네요^^

로비 직원분들이나 청소하시는 분들 너무 친절하게 인사해주시고 반겨주셔서 감사했어요~~~~ 룸도 깨끗했구요. 근데 수영장 직원분이 너무 불친절하셔서 별뺐어요. 저희가 늦게도착하고 모르는게 많아서 정신없이 굴긴했는데.. 호텔직원분이 맞나싶게 말을 퉁명스럽게하셔서 좀 그랬어요

호텔 이용은 가격대비 만족합니다만, 조식이 너무 먹을게 없어요. 가격을 조금 올리더라도 퀄리티를 높혔으면 좋겠습니다. 그리고, 4살 아기 요금이 너무 비싸요. 모닝빵 2개 먹었는데 만원이라니... 혼자 숙소에 남겨 놓을수 없어서 데려간건데. 돈 아깝습니다

가족여행으로 3인이 머물렀는데, 넓고 편안한 숙소였습니다. 또한 층간, 방간 소음이 거의 없어 매우 만족합니다. 주차는 주차타워와 실외공터 둘다 이용해보았는데, 딱히 불편하지는 않았습니다. 다만 샤워기 수압이 너무 약해 아쉬웠습니다.
