깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았어요

공항에서는 조금 멀지만 깨끗하고 한산한 지역에 있어서 좋았습니다 이마트도 가까워서 쇼핑하기도 좋았어요

서귀포시 혁신도시에 존재하는 숙소

서귀포시 구도심과는 별로 멀지 않는 곳에 존재한다. 하지만 아직 발전 중인 도심이라서 그런지 밤 늦게 다니기에는 좀 무서운 감이 있다. 라마다 앙코르 이스트 호텔이 바로 옆이라 헷갈릴 수도 있다. 방은 대체적으로 깔끔하였고 방에 배치되었던 실내화는 물에 젖어 있어서 프론트에 건의하였더니 좀 오래된 실내화로 바꾸어 주었다. 그리고 아직 주차장이 공사중인건지 아님 현존하는 주차장이 다인 건지 잘 모르지만 많은 차가 주차하기엔 공간이 좁았다.

가성비만 생각하신다면.

객실이 너무 습했어요. 에어컨을 틀어도 해결이 안됨... 침구세트가 - 좀 불편했구요 아기가 있어서 침대를 붙여서 자려는데 청소가 그닥. 보이는곳에만 집중하셨나봐요. 욕실이 유리 면으로 되어있어 조금 당황스럽게 보이는것 빼곤 욕실은 나쁘지 않았어요. 불투명시트지라도 붙여주세요...... 1일 정도는 모를까 연박으로 이용하고 싶지는 않았습니다.

너무 불친절한 주차안내

비오는 깜깜한 저녁 호텔앞으로 차를 몰고가니 멀리서 다짜고짜 거기 세워 딱지 떼도 내책임 아니라고 소리치는 주차안내원 때문에 첫날부터 정말 기분이 불쾌했습니다. 어떤 안내도 없이 소리부터 지르니 처음 호텔에 온 저희로선 당황스럽고 화가나더군요. 비 맞아가며 호텔에서 떨어진 언덕에 차 주차했습니다. 호텔로비는 덥고, 수건은 부족하고, 제공된다는 티백도 없고...다신 오고 싶지 않습니다.

편안하고 좋습니다

해수욕장과 거리가 가까워 좋았고 시설도 좋고 편안합니다 아쉬웠던건 무료 세탁서비스에 사용되는 세탁기가 2개라 약간 불편함이 있었습니다~ 그것말고는 깔끔하고 편안하고 좋았습니다

가성비 괜찮은 곳!

주차가 불편했지만 숙소상태라던지 위치라던지 좋아요 전망은 마운틴 뷰 였는데, 한라산이 이쁘게 보였어요 근데 바로 앞에 건물을 짓고있어서, 건물 올라가면 이제 마운틴 뷰 전망은 아얘 없어질듯... 조식도 맛있었고, 상당히 만족했습니다.

합리적인 가격과 만족스러운 시설

호텔 시설과 안락함, 청결함에 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 룸 내부 시설도 군더더기 없이 간결하지만 갖출건 다 갖추어져 있어서 불편함이 없었고 주차도 기계식 주차장이 있어 편리했습니다. 카페와 마사지샵, 레스토랑도 갖춰져 있었기에 지내는 동안 더 편리하게 누릴 수 있었습니다.

라마다 앙코르 이스트 호텔 이용 후기

호텔도 아주 깨끗하고 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다. 또 가게 되면 지내고 싶은 호텔입니다. 실내가 다소 좁아 불편한점은 있었으나 개인적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 옥상도 너무 좋았는데 이용률은 별로 없어보였습니다. 아쉽네요..

또 가고 싶은 호텔

제주도를 두번 가봤는데 갈 때마다 방문한 호텔이에요 저번에 방문했을 때에는 조금 좁기도 하고 방 구조가 무척 답답한 느낌이 있었는데 이번에 묵었던 방은 넓어서 편하게 쉬다 왔어요 침대 푹신푹신한게 제일 맘에 들었어요!! 다음에 또 제주도 가게 되면 방문할의사 100%!

전체적으로 무난하게 괜찮은 호텔

시설 및 직원 친절도는 만족스럽지만, 아직 공사가 완료되지 않아서 오전 7시부터 시작되는 공사 소음이 상당히 신경쓰였음 자체 주차장이 카리프트여서 불편하고 야외주차장은 거리가 좀 있어서 주차문제만 제외하면 전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔

싸게 이용하긴 했습니다. 정말 잠만 자고 나오느라 크게 불편하진 않았습니다만 바로 옆에 공사중이라 쉬러 가신 분들은 힘들 것 같네요

한가한 지역이라 좋았어요~

함덕쪽 호텔에 비해서 한가한 지역이라 좋았어요 오픈한지 오래되지 않아 그런지 아주 깨끗하고 마음에 들었답니다 주차장이 주차타워라 건물 뒤 공터를 이용해야 했던것 말고는 대체로 만족스러웠어요 :)

엄청 시끄러워요

체크인을 하러 갔더니, 트윈룸은 마운틴뷰밖에 없습니다 라고 하면서 마운틴뷰로 안내해줌. 뷰는 별 상관이 없었으니 그냥 감. 그런데 다음날 새벽 여섯시부터 바로, 정말 건물 바로 옆에서 공사를 시작함. 무슨 호텔을 짓는건지는 잘 모르겠는데 엄청 시끄러워서 새벽 여섯시 반에 깸. 태어나서 처음으로 눈뜨자마자 호텔 프론트에 항의하러 감. 마운틴뷰인건 아무 상관 없으나, 공사중이면 사전에 얘기를 해주던지 했어야 하는거 아니냐고 따졌더니 반대편 오션뷰로 옮겨줌. 방을 옮겨준 서비스는 좋았으나 애초에 이런일이 발생하지 않도록 안내를 해주는게 맞았다고 생각함. 덕분에 종일 피곤하게 보냈음 ^^
