호 불호가 확실한 호텔

티 테이블과 의자가 없는 호텔은 처음 경험 요새는 왠만한 모텔도 다 있는데...무지 불편함 환풍기 천장이 들 떠서 바람 부는 날은 부딛치는 소리가 공사장을 방불케하는 정도라 처음엔 무슨 소린가에 놀라고 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도임 리모델링을 한 것 같기는 한 데 화장실 거울등은 교체했으면 함 사장님이 좀 더 관심을 가지고 개선에 힘쓰면 대중교통을 이용하기에 위치도 아주 좋고 아래 와 같은 좋은 점도 많으니 훨씬 나은 호텔로 바뀔 수 있다고 생각함 방크기는 넓은 편임 가성비는 아주 좋음

가성비는 비교 불가

청소 상태가 다소 아쉬웠지만(특히 목욕탕 청소를 그냥 물로만 하는 듯 하다. 매번은 아니더라도 주기적으로 전용세제로 샤워기 등의 물때를 제거하면 좋겠다) 위치도 좋고 가격경쟁력이 워낙 뛰어나 컨벤션센터에 학회 등이 있을 때 이용하지 않을 수 없다.

(장점) 가성비가 좋습니다. 위치가 편리합니다(식당이 근처에 많고, 바닷가 까지 걸어가기 좋고, 버스 정류장도 가깝고, 24시간 세탁소도 있습니다). 주차공간도 좋은 듯 합니다. 주차하기도 괜찮아 보입니다. 시트 세탁도 잘 이루어지고 있습니다. (단점) 청소가 보이는 곳은 괜찮은데, 안보이는 곳이 나쁩니다.(에어컨에 곰팡이가 보이고, 변기 밑에 곰팡이가 쓸어져 있는 것이 보입니다. 침대 밑에도 쓰레기들이 쌓여 있습니다.) 인터넷이 매우 불안정하여서 해가 진 후 즐거운 시간을 보내기 어려웠습니다.

위치는 좋으나...

화장실 씨야워기 및 뾴귀가 약간 오래되보였는데 방치됬어요. 화장실거울도 그렇고...침대도 쿠션이 들어간 것 같구..대신 위치가 중문과 매우 가깝고 그래서..위치 좋은 것 빼곤 별로 없네요. 카운터 보는 분도 그리 친절하진 않으니 조심조심^^;;
