「Very nice hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is having the complimentary breakfast end at 9am; when on vacation it’s nice to be able to sleep in a bit and still be able to enjoy breakfast before checkout. 」

「The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,...
