「接待大厅的地面太差了」

「The property was clean. The bathroom was showing its age but didn’t feel gross. It could use some touch ups. The breakfast was very good for a complimentary breakfast and the three employees in charge of it were very friendly and attentive, basically like a full service wait staff. There was an issue with my booking, most likely due to failure on the third party booking site. The staff was overwhelmed with a bus load of youth athletes running around wild, but they did their best do accommodate...

「The room was clean and great for me as going on a work trip. It’s a great 2 star hotel having the restaurant right there was a great bonus. The host was very responsive and friendly. Easy check in and check out. Only comment is bigger trash receptacles. But a great experience overall!」
