「Really nice apartment, clean with all the facilities you'd expect. There is no "reception" as it's an apartment, but the host communication was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, when we arrived (earlier than we had predicted), host was already waiting for us, really impressive service. Parking is underground, and we could come and go with our car as needed (we drove from the UK). Location is convenient for tram etc, there are stops really close by (although we didn't use the tram).」

「Alors quand on book on a l'impression d'un petit Studio sympa avec balcon. La réalité est bien moindre : une chambre complètement impersonnelle avec des affiches sur tout les murs expliquant tout ce qui est interdit. Mais surtout, une chambre située au rdc de l'immeuble donc impossible de dormir vu le bruit.. Ma chambre était à 10 m de la porte d'entrée, donc dérangé par toutes les entrées / sorties surtout quand il faut taper des pieds pour enlever la neige qui colle. Sans compter le concierge...

「We really had a good time as a family. It is a self check in and we were provided with instructions. The property is clean and almost complete of your basic needs. It’s about 5-7 min walk to the nearest tram/metro to go around the city. The property is quiet and secured. There were few broken things that I reported right away. It could have been caused by previous occupiers. One of the sofa bed has a broken slat. It did not bother us as my youngest just shared a bed with her sister. The shower...
