"The staff there are poorly trained when it comes to some hospitality basics.
We booked one night and we had a late check in around 1 am due to flight's landing time (which was precomnunicated with the hotel) in which in the second day we asked for just a 30 mins extention beyond the check out time because we were really tired..and then we were shocked by the lady's response of "It is your problem that you checked in late"...who talks like that and who trained her to behave like this!
I really hope the extra 15 euros made her life and the hotel financials better."
