"Completely understaffed for biggest weekend of the year—Kentucky Derby. Ridiculous long wait for food in restaurant and very long wait in lounge. Also price jacked up for the weekend. "

"This is a really nice hotel. The vibe is cool. You can walk around the various corridors and lower level to see cool art. The onsite restaurant is excellent! Great service, ambiance and food. The room was very clean, comfortable and bright. We definately will be back & we highly recommend! "

"This hotel is a hidden gem. It is recently refurbished and everything was in great shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for the entire week of the Kentucky Derby and the cost of the room was less than what we found elsewhere. The location in Indiana is so close to the interstate to drive to Louisville for events was easy. The breakfast area was spotless and the woman who kept it going was friendly and helpful. The choice of items was varied, but mostly the usual breakfast offerings. The coffee was really good! I'd stay here again for sure."
