Perfect spa hotel

Very nice hotel and spa, pleasant location for walking and exploring the villages in the area. Very good breakfast and restaurant for dinner, only thing missing is the option to have some lunch. I don’t speak French so at times it was a struggle but the staff are very helpful

Heaven on earth

Fuldstændig fantastisk beliggenhed med den smukkeste have, vandfald og springvand. Total romantisk. Smukt smukt smukt og kan varmt anbefales. Eneste minus…Vi ankom klokken 21.00 og havde ikke spist aftensmad. Vi spurgte i receptionen om vi kunne bestille noget i restauranten men det var desværre ikke muligt.

Sejour 2 adultes un enfant de 15 mois.Nouveau batiment bien (un peu froid selon les gouts de chacun mais moderne ).Spa trés bien , en plus pas de restriction d age pour l acces ...on a pu en profiter en famille . Restauration bien mais de là a parler d un restaurant gastronomique ..(encore une fois selon les gouts de.chacun). En revanche grosse décèption sur la chambre ...le prix n est selon moi pas à la hauteur de la chambre vieillote .C est calme c est propre mais ancien, annee 80 voir 70 peut etre ...en tout cas pas dans le style de photo chambre standard Certes nous etions dans l ancien batiment mais tout de même au vu du tarif sur cette chambre on trouve aussi bien pour moins cher même si ici il faut tenir compte de l accés aus Spa qui est inclus .Le Spa lui reste trés bien mais encore une fois le prix de la chambre standard ne me semble pas justifié. Le sejour fut tout de même agréable et le cadre même extérieur est joli.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas altmodisch. Die Zimmerausstattung leider etwas mager. Keine Kaffeemaschine, oder Bodylotion zu Verfügung gestellt worden. Nach der Ankunft gegen 15 Uhr war es nicht möglich im Hotel zu speisen. Fand ich persönlich etwas schade, dass für die Hotelgäste kein Tisch freigehalten wurde. Es gibts auch keine Snackkarte, oder einen Service an am Pool. Genauso war es schade, dass wir nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 40 Euro p.P. nach dem auschecken der Pool benutzt werden durfte. Finde ich alles nicht Kundenorientiert. Für 200 Euro die Nacht, erwarte ich einen besseren Standart. Die Natur rund ums Hotel ist sehr schön und es ist alles super ruhig. Sauber war auch alles vor Ort.... Wenn man sich ordentlich verwöhnen lassen mag, ist das nicht der richtige Ort

Der Spa-Bereich war super, viel Auswahl. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker mit schöner Atmosphäre, wir mussten leider etwas länger auf das Essen warten. Die Zimmer waren sehr unterschiedlich. Wir haben 3 Standardzimmer gebucht, zwei waren sehr gut, das dritte jedoch hat nach Rauch gerochen und war nicht schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig. Insgesamt große Empfehlung!

Le cadre est agréable. Le Spa est moyen, sauf sauna et sanarium. Le service du petit déjeuner était très moyen. Le prix est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.

Fabuleux

Magnifique, tout est neuf et impeccable, rénové avec goût. La cuisine est très fine et délicieuse. Le spa est très compler : hammam, sauna, parcours sensoriel, cascade, hydromassage, jaccuzi intérieur et extérieur, aquabike.... La chambre spacieuse et très calme. L'hôtel est adossé à une colline très arborée avec un circuit de balade. Vraiment parfait

Leider hatten wir ein altes Zimmer. Das zwar schön, aber eng mit einem alten Bad. Dafür stimmte der Preis definitiv nicht.

Todo muy bien salvo...

Muy lindo lugar en medio del bosque. Las instalaciones de primera, tienen un área de bosque para caminatas hermosa, alberca y un pequeño jacuzzi. Tienen servicio de café y pan gratuito en la tarde y un excelente desayuno. Lo único que les falló fue el masaje. No contuvo todo lo que prometía y la actitud de la masajista poco profesional. El restaurante ofrece deliciosos platillos para la cena y el personal es muy atento.

Beau séjour dans in havre de paix en Alsace

Nous étions 7 amis et amies à passer un week end en Alsace. Nous étions déjà venus au Clos des Délices, ce fut, à nouveau, tres agréable. Nous reviendrons.

Hadde et fint opphold. Nydelig mat i restauranten. Rent rom. Det eneste negative var at fargene i rommet var ikke ettergår smak. Vel skrikende. Vi hadde hunder med og stedet har flotte turmuligheter. Vil overnatte igjen på vei hjem.

Prima stop-over!

Prima hotel om te verblijven op weg naar of op weg terug uit het zuiden of als je een paar dagen wilt wandelen in de Elzas. Zwembad is onderdeel wellness en zeker geen bad om baantjes te trekken. Heerlijke omgeving om te wandelen en naast het hotel zijn er genoeg mogelijkheden in de buurt waar je prima kunt eten.

8-tung: diese Hoteldirektion ist nicht sehr kundenorientiert. Zudem verlangt sie noch zusätzliche und überteuerte Zuschläge: Beispiel Frühstück €19.- p.P. / Kleine Hunde (ohne dass das Hotel Wassernapf oder ähnliches dafür böte) €20.-/Nacht. WLAN sehr schwach und nicht leistungsfähig. Keine 24-Std Stromversorgung wenn das Licht im Zimmer nachts aus ist. Diese Unterkunft verdient keine Viersterne-Auszeichnung und müsste dringend überprüft werden.

Pas de bureau dans la chambre pour travailler. Pas de menu affaire au restaurant. A conseiller à toutes les personnes d'une certaine classe sociale qui souhaite être reconnu en tant que tel.

Spa très pauvre , petite "piscine" très fraîche avec quelques jets et sauna cagibi dans une "cave" Dans l'ensemble sa a été correcte sauf pour le SPA . Accueil correcte , et restaurant au top !

Relaxation et gastronomie

Hôtel plein de charme à seulement 30 minutes de Strasbourg. Excellent service et succulent repas pris le soir, seul bémol le prix du vin verre. Petit-déjeuner buffet copieux et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
