A lovely historic property with many charming touches. Comfy beds - even the twin bed in our triple room was a good bed. Air conditioning struggled but worked - after all this was at the height of the August heat. As stated, parking is offsite - a short walk away, not unusual in such an historic area. We were there for the Eclipse, and staff gifted all guests with a bag of popcorn, viewing glasses and a list of potential viewing sites as a surprise that morning. A slight upset - we came in at 11:03 from a long day of sight seeing, walking back from the parking deck, to find that the bar had closed up at 11, as posted, and couldn’t even get a can of beer from the bar. Fortunately there is a all purpose store with late hours a block or so away and we were able to get refreshments there. Overall a very beautiful and pleasant place to stay.

Service was great in reception they were really nice and helpful. But cleanest of the room wasn’t great. We have some few episodes with lights going on and off. We found parking in the paying parking spot in the front of the hotel that was great but we were only staying one night. The hotel has a parking place but is not exactly in the hotel. The location of the hotel is great a walking distance to the “Aqueduct” and the “Alcazar”
