「Location was far from historic /dining areas. Sofa bed didn't work properly but staff was great trying to help and we were fairly compensated. Valencia was amazing !!」

「The property was modern with everything you would need for a self catering break. Located in a local residential which felt safe, there were good links to all the attractions, the stations and airport along with supermarket’s, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. 」

「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」

「Stated on hotels.com that have to contact the appartment if arrived after mid-night, even though we knew we would arrive around 11pm, which is before mid-night, we tried to contact the appartment in advance, however, the contact telephone number of the appartment provided in the booking confirmation from Hotels.com was wrong. Only concern was the shower tray filled easily and flooded the area around the shower and toilet, but mop and bucket handy so able to clean. Excellent communication regarding access to the building, had to ask for address to office. May be handy to have included in WhatsApp communication, but quick to reply when asked. 」
