The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "The hotel was easy to find on a main highway. Inside it was dark with stairs to climb and long hallways. The room was very small but comfortable. The restaurant was could be fixed up to feel more appealing. Not a great selection for breakfast. Staff was friendly and anxious to help. It was a good stop after traveling many hours. "The only thing that wasn't the best about the place was the wifi speed. Everything else was great. The Lucio bent over backwards to help me out with anything I needed, the place looks really cool and it's all very comfortable, and literally right by the train station."
