The only issue we had was that the airport transfer we'd booked with them didn't turn up, but I believe that was the transport company's fault not the hotel's. "The Staff at the hotel are Incredible! Super helpful, welcome drink and snack when you arrive. Old town is super convenient to walk to. We drove to Dubrovnik after we left and they packed us a sandwich for the road 😊 Shout out to kitchen staff the free breakfast was wonderful. Buffet with lots of options, and it was all delicious. "We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed for two because we really liked Trogir. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only challenge was the parking. We had a reserved spot but it required a lot of jockeying around other vehicles to get in and out of it. At least it was available because a lot of the other hotels didn’t have any. As a heads up, there is a nightclub on the other side of the parking lot and it was going strong all night long. "

"The host was amazing. Since there was road construction and it was difficult to get to the parking lot outside the old city where we had the room, he met us and guided us in the car through the 15 min. detour until we got to the parking lot and then helped carry our luggage. The room was great and so was breakfast which we paid for in advance. We also learned from him about the history of Trogir and what to see in our short visit which was exactly what we were looking for."
