"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. "We had a great stay here. The staff is fantastic and so friendly. The only downside is that we were there during a heat wave and there was no AC in the room. The hotel did provide a fan and that helped, but it was still toasty. Overall, fantastic experience."
