「Sehr neues, schönes Hotel, mit allem, was man braucht! Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön aufgeteilt & für alle etwas dabei. Außerdem hat uns der Fitnessraum sehr überzeugt: über Cardio-Geräte, verschiedenen Hanteln, einer Kletterwand, Pilates- & Yoga-Angeboten... Wirklich toll! Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und groß. Wir haben die Zeit dort in vollen Zügen genossen.」

「One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

「Perfect stay, wonderful staff, wonderful amenities! We were pleasantly surprised that the stubai card was included! Made the stay even better. Pool was lovely with an equally lovely view. Apartment was clean. Only small detractor was no soap/shampoo however shops are nearby. Will be coming back! Thank you all」

「Location just above the Christmas market. Nice view of the mountain and the market. However, a bit far from the main station ~15 min walk and was noisy due to the market. Room is spacious. Cooking utensils in good condition.」
