To start with the property grounds is well maintain and looks nice on the outside, our room on the other hand was up a flight of stairs about 12 ft above ground, the cement steps weren't in the best condition there's cracks in them with loose railings not the best conditions for my 74-year-old mother to climb up and down, so once she was down for the day she stayed downstairs she did not want to go back and forth up or do stairs on the risk. The biggest problem part of it were their unwilling to move us to another room after check in after they put us in a second floor with only stairs after talking to several different people about it and there was nothing they could do they said, although when I went on Expedia I could book the same room when we checked in I don't know if it was also on the second floor didn't go that far. The second problem with the room was that the safety lock by the door so you can open the door but without opening all the way was pushed out of the wall and so was the molding that it was attached to around the door frame, when we told the front desk they said they'd look into it, when maintenance was actually in the room inspecting it because we didn't have hot water for a while they looked at the door and said that probably happened when someone got locked out. For that to occurr somebody inside the room had to activate the lock and the door be open enough for someone to push with enough Force to pull the molding and the lock out of the wall
