We also experienced significant water outages across Johannesburg during our visit, which, though not the property's fault, definitely put a damper on our trip."

"The property did not contact me, so i did not have contact info to contact them 24h before as required in their policy and that i had not discovered. Since they dont have a front office, i ended up standing outside the building with my luggage at check in time without being able to contact them. I lost my money and they refused to refund. "

"Checking was at 14h00 and only they gave us the key after 15h00. The place wasnt clean, mayonase in the oven, bathrooms dirty and the towels were still drying in the dryer. No soap or shampoo to bath. The place had a bad odour. Vomit in the passage outside the apartment without cleaning. We expected way more as it was supposed to be a presidential suite and penthouse, but we stayed on the 12 floor and there were 14 floors. What we paid for is not what we got. Im sorry but we wont recommend this...

"The unit was very nice and fully equiped with everything that you may need. The only downfall and a very minor one is that they don't provide shampoo."
