"Clean room, very friendly staff, good WI-FI. Excellent breakfast with varieties. Sonal, The Manager was friendly and very helpful. Great location and atmosphere. Newer property as well. Definite stay here. Excellent bar service and food was great. "

"Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room felt completely unhygienic and poorly maintained. I stayed for less than 30 minutes before leaving because it was that bad. I went to Orchid down the road instead, which was a much better hotel and experience. Regenta was a huge disappointment and I would absolutely not recommend staying here."
