"Staying with two kiddos for a soccer tourney. Room was clean, staff was absolutely phenomenal. I mistakenly left my laptop bag in the parking lot with my MacBook in it and the hotel found it and kept it safe for me. Cannot say enough good things about the staff here! "

"The hotel put a hold on the payment in the evening before check in. At the time of the check in my card was charged, again. This put a freeze on duplicate payment. Had I used my debit card this would have been a problem. It is not acceptable to hold people's money once they pay. This practice is not acceptable and very concerning. Eventually I got my credit back but had to wait over 48 hours to see it return to my card. The facility is in desperate need for an overall makeover. Change the carpet, clean and fix the pool. LInens were clean and the room was accomodating but cleaining some wall stains and cealing watermarks would go a long way. The tub was worn with pealing paint. Breakfast was ok but the waterdown macchine coffee was dissapointing. The staff was friendly and polite and that is a plus. Good customer service is always refresing. "
