「Everything is good, but there is nothing to do around」

「This hotel is in renovation at the moment, January ‘26. They have come from interesting beginnings to being a safe, reliable, respected, location in Hyannis. This is my go to hotel for clean, comfortable, newly renovated, and great priced hotel. Keep up the great work!! It’s looking great!」

「整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。」

「chris (the owner) was amazing and hospitable. the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and we loved the nautical theme. the breakfast wasn’t anything fancy (bagels, yogurt, coffee, breakfast bars, mini pastries), but definitely hit the spot. 10/10 would recommend. 」

「Overall this was wonderful 2 day stay fo myself and my husband. The hotel is located close to everything. The pool was warm and enjoyable! Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and coffee was pretty good. This was an enjoyable weekend. 」

The woman who was serving breakfast was friendly and helpful. The grounds were pretty. Our only disappointment was the noise from several trucks nearby (it sounded like the parking lot and behind us) that sounded like they were unloading things extremely early (around 4 am).」
