Gérante (ou du moins personne que j'ai eu au téléphone) pas du tout adaptée, explique qu'il fallait réserver directement à l'hôtel à ma demande de facture.
Le ton est désagréable au possible.
N'hésitez pas à vous enlever de la plateforme... Ma question portait juste sur la facture, le reste vous appartient.
Très rare que je porte des commentaires négatifs mais là, c'est surprenant...

Für den Preis gerade noch so in Ordnung
Mitten im Gewerbepark befindet sich dieses Hotel, das eigentlich mit viel Liebe gestaltet wurde, dem man aber deutlich den Zahn der Zeit ansieht.
Alles aber sehr sauber und für eine Nacht absolut okay.
Man kann, wenn man möchte, direkt im Hotel für 20 Euro ein 3Gang Menü für abends buchen.
Möchte man nur den Hauptgang kostet dieser 15 Euro.
Für den deutschen Gaumen war das Essen etwas ungewohnt, aber schmackhaft.
Frühstück war sehr, sehr einfach. Kein Käse, eine Salami Sorte, nix Frisches, keine Eier.

Las instalaciones del hotel están bien. Es un hotel de dos estrellas situado en un polígono comercial con zona suficiente de aparcamiento. Fue un poco complicado encontrarlo porque Google Maps tuvo problemas para centrarse

Petit bémol, une couette c'est trop chaud au mois de mai dans la région, un simple drap entre la couette serait mieux car là c'est couette ou rien sur le corps

Nunca mejor dicho lo de FASTHÔTEL.
Cuando llegamos no teníamos aún el código para poder entrar, gracias a un cliente que salía para recoger algo de su coche, pudimos acceder al hotel. La habitación olía a tabaco, aunque en el detalle de la reserva ponía no fumador, es cierto que nos dieron opción a cambiar de habitación pero con cama de matrimonio en vez de dos camas. Nadie jamás en recepción. Lo positivo, nevera en la habitación y microondas en la recepción. La camarera del desayuno un verdadero encanto.

L'accueil était super. La Literie est superbe, par contre nous avions dormi dans la chaleur. L'hôtel a refusé de mettre la climatisation en route sachant qu'il a fait 30 degré l'après midi et que la chambre faisait fasse au soleil toute la journée. On noous demande d'ouvrir la fenêtre et qu'il ny a pas de moustique. La nuit a été mauvaise Aussi, le petit déjeuner n'était pas continentale ni copieux.
La chambre était bonne.

TRES BIEN POUR UN COURT SEJOUR
Bon rapport qualité prix, hôtel sans doute plus sympathique en semaine - situé dans une zone commerciale, pratique pour le parking, très calme le week end car magasins fermés, du coup pas de restaurant ni sur place ni accessible à pied - c'est un peu dommage ! Petit déjeuner bien, pourrait être amélioré avec des céréales ou muesli et un peu plus de salé.
