「A band was playing until 11.10pm on Friday night which was above the legal 11pm time limit.. (this was the time I was told this would be the time the band would finish. My room was above the band- so it's worth avoiding that room! It was called “Port” Breakfast was ok other than the mouldly brown bread, I didn't check if the kitchen was clean. Didn't get breakfast on the 2nd morning as I arrived downstairs at 9.15 am - doors all locked up. The room was clean and tidy - staff friendly」

「This property is in an excellent location for Chichester centre and for Goodwood Racecourse. The owner was lovely. Friendly and approachable. Cleanliness is a priority for us and this accommodation was first class. Breakfast options were varied to suit all tastes and we loved the fresh fruit (not always the case in many places we have visited). It was a relaxing environment to start the day, especially chatting about Art. We have learned so much about Sculpture and certain Sculptors after our...

Although there are three rooms in the property, there is only off road parking available for two cars and one car blocks the other in. However, there are usually spaces on the road as well and it would not put us off staying at No.29 again. A lovely...
