Sadly we did not get off on the right foot. The room we booked through expedia (double queens) was "not available" when we checked in and they insisted there was no other option for us as we booked a "run of the house room" but specified double queen, through exedia. So our family of 4 were in a room with a king and pull out sofa. Aside from that the front desk staff was cold, unhelpful, verging on rude and was interesting in smiling or offering any kind of customer service. Upon check in we did not get a hello and when even walked away from us and out fruends checking in, midst check in.
We had a room safe issue that was not addressed over a 6 hr period, in which we needed to recommunicate and address a second time.
Lastly, on our 3rd day we left our room just as house keeping was coming in to do the daily clean, around 1030am, for us to return around 6pm, to find our room had been left open via door latch for the entirety of the day. This found us absolutely appauled and quite upset. Then to find the garbage bag left on the floor and the room barely touched.
So, overall leaving us with a foul taste in our mouths. Yes i fought for compensation for the issues, yes they granted a days rate off our stay and comped parking but non the less this is NOT a desirable hotel.
