I have very mixed feelings on this. The plusses are great location near a lot of restaurants and shops and a very clean property. The unit was cute. The washer dryer was great to have. The problem is not having a front desk. We had trouble getting in to store our bags and spent more than 10 minutes on hold. Our heat didn't work and we couldn't get a blanket until the next day. They came and said they fixed the heat. They didn't. Another call and more waiting for a space heater. And they couldn't give us a statement of our stay because, they said, I booked through Expedia. I have never not gotten a receipt from a hotel and it may mean I cannot submit to my business office and will be out a lot of money. They were quick to answer the phone and communicate over text. But they couldn't solve the problems. I regret not staying at a hotel.

Lovely unit; no parking
Unit was very nice - well furnished, great facilities. The rooftop was beautiful and quiet. The biggest problem for us was parking - the unit does not have parking. There are lots nearby BUT we were apparently in town at the same time as a neighborhood festival and parking rates were vastly inflated. Great place to stay if you’re flying in; rethink if you’re driving.

Property was clean and secure. It worked great for our stay. It was close to our son who attends Seattle U. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery. It's easily walkable and close to public transportation. Our only complaint was the temperature. It was quite warm and muggy. There was an AC unit in the room but it really wasn't doing anything. Still we would stay again.

Great property, very clean and well maintained. It’s close to a very vibrant area of the city, so it’s not exactly quiet.The water here is not potable so please carry water before you check in.

I like that we could walk and find many places to go. What I didn't like was the fact that there was no parking. We would have to pay but then didn't want to drive because we might not have a place to park essentially paying for nothing.

A Great Place to Stay in Seattle
My wife and I were very happy with our stay at the Sonder Solis in Seattle. The apartment was supplied with all the essentials needed - the kitchen appliances were excellent, as were the washer and dryer. Everything was spotless. We really want to thank Adrianna K. and her team for making our stay one of the best we've ever had - especially for the team members who dropped by with the chocolate-covered cherries for Christmas! You all are great! This apartment was just what we needed.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Unit was pristine and very spacious! Rooftop views are fantastic, close to everything you would want (bars, restaurants, shopping, coffee, etc). I will be back in Seattle in October and I have already re-booked this unit. Sonder you have a customer for life!!!

The building itself is beautiful. I haven't been to Seattle in awhile, and I was delighted to stay here for a night while visiting a friend. The location is great and it is near great food and things to do. I was surprised how nice the actual property was - it really was better than the pictures.

What a wonderful way to stay in Seattle! Everything is brand new from the building down to the towels and bedding. The check in process was seamless and I never had to go to make contact with anyone. The location is great for exploring Seattle. We walked to Pike Place market and loved all the food options around the building. This is our new #1 choice when visiting Seattle!

Really enjoyed my stay at Sonder! The room and building are brand new, and I loved the mural on the building wall. Solis is in a great area in Capitol Hill, super close to bars and restaurants, and the rooftop deck has one of the best views of Mt. Rainier.

I loved my stay at Sonder Solis in Seattle. From a seamless check-in process to cleanliness, Sonder did a fantastic job. Building and location: State-of-the-art, brand new building with beautiful 360 views of Seattle and Mount Rainier from the rooftop. Sonder Solis is located in the heart of Cap Hill, providing easy access to restaurants, stores, and parks. Room: The room I stayed in was thoughtfully designed and had everything I needed. Although I only stayed two nights, the rooms can easily accommodate long-term stays -- with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, fridge and freezer, and more. My room had large windows to view beautiful Cap Hill. The bed was SO COMFY and I slept well every night. Besides the functional aspects, the room is aesthetically pleasing in terms of decor, furniture--and even a record player with records to play. Service: Service was top-notch. The Sonder staff were friendly and accommodated requests I had quickly. The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were simple and intuitive. Other: I love the use of a keypad for checking in! Makes things much easier than a traditional key card that is used at hotels, or hard keys used when renting homes. What a great process!

Absolutely Perfect apartment. We stayed 5 people for a week. Great location in Capitol Hill. Walking distance to downtown Seattle. Will definitely come back.
