Perfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus.

This new hotel is gorgeous and spotless. It’s an easy and safe 4 minute walk from the Amtrak station and a short walk to the waterfront/ferry terminal and Pikes Place, so it was fun to explore the area on foot. Public transportation was very nice and close by. The walk to the international district was a bit dodgy. I didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant but enjoyed the rooftop bar (nice vibe & view). I found awesome dining options close by. Room cost was higher than what I usually pay, but I would consider staying again if I arrived via Amtrak.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The security in the elevator was comforting knowing that only people staying on that same floor could select that floor. The entire place was so clean and quiet. The room was perfect and had all the amenities that we needed. It was just missing a bathroom fan!

Very friendly and accomodating hotel staff from the valet who meets you at the entrance to the folks at the front desk. Everyone was super helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Brand new facility with tasteful, comfortable rooms. Proximity to attractions. Some noise when stadium events let out but otherwise quiet and relaxing. Valet parking in an adjacent, safe, well organized facility.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and every staff member we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was amazing as well as the bar and restaurant downstairs. Very walkable location. Loved the decor. This will be our place to stay from now on while in Seattle.

Overall design and rooms were beautiful. Free coffee each morning is a bonus! Rooftop bar is incredible. We had trouble falling asleep because of the noise from a raucous bar across the street which was busy late into the night. One must be careful straying too far from the hotel in the neighborhood. The coffee shop employees weren't the most friendly.

Very convenient to Lumen Field and Ferry Terminal. A little loud, but we were in the first floor on a busy weekend. Next time would request a higher floor. Rooftop bar is fun! Nice little cafe fr morning coffee.

Seriously one of the best hotel stay visits I have ever had. Clean, beautiful, modern up to date everything. Every single person of their staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive to your stay. You get one free coffee or tea each morning down in their cafe area. Can't wait to check out the little restaurant area and roof top bar next time! 2 minute walk to Lumen Field and TMobile Park, 2 minute walk to the beginning of the boardwalk.

Excellent, brand new. Great cafe, rooftop. Rooms aren’t soundproof though. Was woken up at 6am by my neighbor listening to music on their phone. Not loud, but the walls are thing. Otherwise loved my stay and will go back

Great establishment. BEWARE OF BOOKING ROOMS ON THE WEST SIDE OF BUILDING. The neighboring establish across the street on 1st avenue is miserable with noise. “THUMP THUMP THUMP” until 2am with no fair warning by the hotel. Really nice establishment with a really unfortunate neighbor in Cowgirls Bar. We had to change rooms at 12:45am due to not being able to sleep.
