"It’s a lovely property however the quality of bed linens and mattress were not worthy of a 5 star hotel. The sheets felt like a stiff synthetic material and there were lumps on the mattress. Dinner at Shuckers was expensive but delicious with great service. Subtracted a star for the bed linens and mattress, needs improvement."

"Our flight was cancelled when we arrived at the airport. The shuttle came back around to pick us up so we could extend our stay another night. They allowed us to check in early and made alot of suggestions about how to spend our extra day. Then we spent the evening in the lobby, playing cards and eating take out. Honestly, the best stay we've ever had at a hotel."
