10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was very nice. There is an excellent Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. Our only issue arose when we were trying to find an ice machine. We were on the 5th floor. We could not find one on our floor so we tried to call the front desk. No one answered the phone - not the operator or anyone from the front desk. So we went downstairs where we were told that only certain floors have ice machines. We should have been told at check in which floors have ice machines and there should be signs near the elevators."

"First, the staff here is great. We arrived well after midnight after a delayed flight, and the woman who checked us in was super-kind and helpful to two tired travelers. The bartenders gave us great recommendations for other bars and restaurants. Second, check-in was so easy. Third, the location can't be beat -- we grabbed Lime scooters to go everywhere, but it's close to the light rail and so much is in walking distance. The decor is very cool, and the whole place just has a great vibe. Would happily stay here again!"

"The room was great and had everything I needed. Parking was nice, very big lot with lots of spots and even let us keep our car there for the day while we attended a baseball game. Staff were very polite and took care of everything I needed. "
