Everything is alright, it is a motel and you get what you paid for. But I hope they have refrigerator, hair dryer and shampoo. Also depends on your luck, some staffs are nice but some are not. Overall it’s an ok place to stay.

Took three times to get the room right. Internet didn't work unless right in office and housekeeping entered the room without permission and management says it's for safety reasons but they also have a large notice Not responsible for items left unattended?

It was just over $100.00, Panhandlers begging for money, one knocked at my door shortly after I entered, My room has no TV or shampoo, The bed sheet looks like it wasn't changed from the last stay so I slept with my clothes on, I was too tired to make a fuss when I arrived late from a long drive

It was alright... i mean a motel is a motel. The chicks at the front desk were kinda difficult for no reason. The guy was cool though. If you stay here, please use the walking bridge to the trail to get to the totem lake plaza. The people drive so scary.

Be prepared to have loud conversations going on at all hours right outside your door. Other than that it’s decent for the money. Housekeeping staff are super hardworking and kind. Everyone at front desk (-1 lady) were super cool.

As always kelsey provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure that my stay is as stress free and amazing as possible. It's also nice that they allow dogs here, Archer our husky is loved and loves it here.

The accomodations were good. The desk clerk friendly and efficient. The only problem was soundproofing between rooms. The room next to us had conversational visitors talking and knocking until 4:30 in the morning. It did not make for a good night's sleep. We slept well the first night.
