The staff at the property was very kind and the location was fabulous in close proximity to the beach and boardwalk! In comparison with the last two places we stayed at Seaside this one property was so much better. We will definitely be back!

Non paid review: We have stayed in some sub par places that were expensive because of the location, This is NOT the case for Buoy16. Very friendly staff, very clean room including the bathroom-with view of the boardwalk side road, nice and cool AC, parking included. Would stay here again and again. Worth the reasonable price for location. Booked 1 day ahead and had an opening. Felt very safe as well.

The staff was helpful, the motel is in a great location. This is nothing fancy about this place, No coffee.... no cups or glasses, no beach tags. It was as clean most shore motels I've stayed at anywhere and the room was large and worked well for us. If you want to be pampered or have room service and other amenities this is NOT your place. But if you are looking for a less expensive no frills place to stay while you enjoy the beach and boardwalk, I highly reccomend Buoy 16

Can’t beat the location, especially for the price. The place was clean except for an odor in the hallway. No real amenities but you’re only feet away from the boardwalk and the beach so there’s not a need for much else. Surprisingly, we couldn’t hear a peep from the boardwalk. If you’re looking for a place to sleep with quick and easy access to everything, I’d highly recommend.

Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!

Great location. Room would have been fine if we had hot water. We had to arrange our travel plans because no checkin past 8pm. We overcame that. He checked us in, read us our 'Miranada Rights' of what we were allowed to do, where we were allowed to park, andadensure we would promptly be leaving on time. I'm sure they had some bad tenants in the past, but every tenant shouldn't be treated like they're going to burn the place down. (Thankfully cold water would have put it out) But no hot water was kind of the last straw. Sent a message but heard no response from manager. Both my cousin and I are very easy going...but this was our least favorite stop on our 4 stop trip.

Super clean, nice and cold room, easily walkable from the boardwalk and beaches, plus the staff was very nice. I wish beach tags were included but the free parking was worth it!
