「Niestety stosunek ceny do jakość pozostawia bardzo wiele do życzenia. Obsługa ok, ale obiekt sam w sobie... szkoda gadać. 「The property is excellent. Very close to the city center and very clean, bright and comfortable. The management is difficult to reach and we had trouble checking in after hours. 「The apartment has a prime location in the Yacht Club. I would say the most upscale area in Gdynia. The whole block is at the final stage of construction and the potential is huge. The balcony is spacious and the view is just stunning. One can tell that this is an apartment designed for rentals and rentals only.
