「This is my second time staying at this hotel. My family and I love this property! The staff are amazing and so kind and helpful. The property is spotless, they are always cleaning. The pool is gorgeous and clean. We will absolutely be booking this location for our trip next year! From March till October there are fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights at Claytons and they can be seen from the balcony of your room. The whole family loves it! 「The staff did not and would not clean my room since I had dogs. Said they were scared of a 6 month old chihiuaua and a multipoo left if kennels. No clean sheets we slept in sand every night. No clean towels unless I took them to the office myself. Don't think I will choose this again.」

「Great place to stay! Our room was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the bar and live music. They also served great food! We had a short stay but the best part was we did not have to leave the hotel....eat, drink and be merry on site! The staff was friendly and customer service was great as well. Highly recommend and we will be back!」

「Extremely disappointed. Telephone in the rooms were not working so I had to walk to the front desk every time I had to inquire on anything. Television did not have any applications available to log into with my own acct as needed. I have 2 small children and didn't have a way to entertain them while indoors. No kid friendly channels. I did multiple attempts to obtain Ice and was advised 2 of 3 machines were out of service and the only functioning ice machine in the lobby was always empty....

「A rinsing station would be beneficial for this hotel. If there was one I didnt see it. I didnt have an opportunity to use the pool if the rinsing station was there. But over all it was good place to stay and the price was very reasonable.」

「Beach view was mostly obstructed We were supposed to have a balcony and had a small patio on the ground floor Condo was nice but the water was warm not hot. 」
