"We had a food credit with the room and utilized it to pay for our breakfast in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the view was stunning. I very much liked the aesthetic of the place with the industrial look."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. We felt really safe and the service from start to finish at valet, checkin, etc. was amazing. The views are awesome of the city skyline and also mountainous valley. This is an ideal location in downtown Phoenix right across from Symphony Hall and the Convention Center. The restaurant downstairs with indoor/outdoor bar has EXCELLENT service, food and drinks, for a hotel and is not overpriced. The rooms are spacious and bed and pillows were super comfy! Definitely staying here again."
