「I booked this place for a 3-week chronic pain program and had to leave within the first hour. There was visible mold, it was filthy, and nothing matched the listing photos. I requested a refund immediately they refused. I never got my money back. I had to book multiple hotels just to make it through my program. This place cost me a fortune and added stress I absolutely didn’t need. Total scam. Avoid it. gonna have to take them to small claims court. 」

「Every time that we've had an issue we've always called and they've handled it with the utmost care and promptness, I do want to state that they do need to find some form of secure parking or something else it's a lot closer I had to spend almost $14 a day to park in the parking ramp that is secured over by the U of M which is two and a half blocks away and that kind of gets irritating having to walk back and forth all of the time to go get my car and have to pay additional $14 a day and I stayed...
