"Staff very helpful, breakfast good, amenities for children good. Slightly dated decor in bedrooms but very clean . Food not wonderful, I would expect better for a Fairmont but an amazing setting and overall great for a family/ golf. "

"This characterful and unique property was just as pictured in an ideal setting and very convenient for St Andrews which is approx 4 miles away. Each room is completely self contained - so no access to, or need for, communal rooms. Breakfast is provided in your own kitchen and contains a wide variety of options. Our room was vast and offered access directly onto the well maintained grounds. Being so self contained it would have been ideal for those wishing to bring their dog but unfortunately the property does not accept dogs as we subsequently discovered... otherwise our rating would have been an overall excellent for the setting, welcome, service and value for money..."
