"Booked a room for 3, was given one with beds for 2. Hotel blamed hotels.com while hotels.com blamed the hotel. So I spent 2 nights sleeping on the floor. Absolutely no effort was made by the hotel to assist at all. We had to request an extra pillow and quilt for using on the floor as the carpet wasn't ..."

The Imperial Hotel
"The bedroom was clean. But the window could not be opened The bathroom was dirty (floor and mirror) There was no toilet brush. The shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast was very good. The bedroom was quiet."

Pine Lake Resort
"Family friendly. Staff friendly and place is clean. Only disadvantage you have to book swimming and if you don't book it in the morning it gets full up. So we missed out twice."

Thurnham Hall Resort
"Beautiful main building & was surprised when I was told that I wasn't sleeping in the main building, but was put in timeshare property around the back. But tbf they, like most timeshare property were stunning very large, self catering apartments."
