Excellent hotel. Meals were very good. If you’re used to having a face cloth, bring your own. Apparently it’s the custom in almost all German hotels where we stayed, not to provide them. The location is automobile dependent, unless you’re up for a two mile walk. While at the hotel, service was excellent.

Clean, modern and comfortable

Very clean, modern and cozy hotel. I had much lower expectations but i was amazed at how clean, comfortable and modern the rooms are. I'll definitely be stopping there again on the drive to/from Europa park

Two night stay in October 2023

Hotel Scheid was a reasonably good place. The service was good and the restaurant is quite good. The included breakfast was good. The parking was very difficult. It was very hard to find a spot and the spots were very small. The room we were in was small and had a bathroom with almost but not quite opaque glass--not something we had seen before and it did not give enough privacy.

Ok hotel. Not much to report. The bathroom situation is really strange. The room had a glass box that holds the toilet and shower. You can see what’s going on in there, so you better be very comfortable with who you’re traveling with, also if you have to go #2 - literally fills the room with smell.

Pænt og rent. God afstand til motorvejen. Desværre var badeværelset med toilet kun omgivet af glasvægge og det kunne ikke lukkes helt af, hvilket ikke er optimalt når man bor flere end 1 person på værelset.

Für 1-2 Übernachtungen OK. Hotel war sehr voll,daher wenige Parkplätze am Hotel frei. Hauskeeping hat unser Zimmer vergessen. Vollverglastes Bad incl. Toilette sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zimmereinrichtung modern, weitläufiger Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit. Frühstück für 8€ sehr gut

Zimmer waren sauber und ok. Das Personal freundlich. Wir haben sogar schon etwas früher einchecken können. Das war toll. Die Lage des Hotels ist schon sehr abseits. Es gibt direkt eine Busverbindung vor dem Hotel. Die Glastür im Bad ist nicht so unser Ding. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück fand ich persönlich auch nicht so gut. Eine Sorte Brötchen und Toast, keine Tomaten oder Gurken. Abgepackte Wurst und Käse, keine Alternative zur Butter, wie Frischkäse oder ähnliches. Das Abendessen am Abend war sehr lecker und der Service freundlich. Wir hatten eine Übernachtung gebucht, dafür war das Hotel ok. Aufgrund der Lage sowie keinen vorhandenen Balkon und keine gute Möglichkeit in die Stadt zu laufen, würden wir es nicht mehr buchen.
