Clean, modern and comfortable

Very clean, modern and cozy hotel. I had much lower expectations but i was amazed at how clean, comfortable and modern the rooms are. I'll definitely be stopping there again on the drive to/from Europa park

Excellent hotel. Meals were very good. If you’re used to having a face cloth, bring your own. Apparently it’s the custom in almost all German hotels where we stayed, not to provide them. The location is automobile dependent, unless you’re up for a two mile walk. While at the hotel, service was excellent.

Two night stay in October 2023

Hotel Scheid was a reasonably good place. The service was good and the restaurant is quite good. The included breakfast was good. The parking was very difficult. It was very hard to find a spot and the spots were very small. The room we were in was small and had a bathroom with almost but not quite opaque glass--not something we had seen before and it did not give enough privacy.

Ok hotel. Not much to report. The bathroom situation is really strange. The room had a glass box that holds the toilet and shower. You can see what’s going on in there, so you better be very comfortable with who you’re traveling with, also if you have to go #2 - literally fills the room with smell.

Wij waren hier op doorreis vanuit Italië naar Nederland, hadden een 4 persoonskamer. Netjes, schoon en ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Waren aan de late kant voor het diner, maar zelfs dat kon nog geregeld worden. Ontbijt was prima, genoeg keus. Ligging dichtbij de snelweg en parkeren kan op eigen terrein, geen extra kosten hiervoor. Zeker aan te raden als overnachtingshotel.
