"Absolutely perfect in every way, check in was Swift and friendly. The room was amazing, very luxurious and all the staff were magnificent. We travelled with our two boys, 9 and 11, and they made us all feel so welcome. So many extra special touches, chocolates in the room, free mini bar. We had dinner in the Imlauer sky bar which was also 5 star. We did not want to leave!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Room was generously sized, even by US standards. Super quiet and cozy. Loved the welcome gift of fresh fruit (our GI system thanks you) and two complimentary bottles of water in our room. Bathtub was a good size, however shower was very tiny (even by European standards). Bathroom overall was very big and had plenty of room for two of us to get ready at the same time. Loved having the double sinks in the bathroom. Also want to mention a particularly kind bellhop/luggage attendant who kindly took our suitcases down the staircase to the curb for us this afternoon as we left the hotel around 2pm. Didn’t catch his name but give that man a raise, y’all! :)"

"I had a very nice stay at this centrally located, quiet hotel during the Christmas season. I had a large room, and it was very clean.The staff members were nice, and they were very friendly, and helpful too. This was a good hotel, at a good value, and I would stay here again. "
