「Naja was soll ich sagen, Bilder sagen mehr als 1000 Worte. Vom ersten Eindruck war ich überzeugt, dass ich ein gutes Hotel ausgesucht hatte, auch das Zimmer war vom ersten Eindruck her gut. Dieser Eindruck verfolg aber schnell, als der Lampenschirm der Bettlampe abfiel, sich die Fenster nicht wirklich verdunkeln ließen, der Fußboden im Bad sich ablöste, eine Schraube aus dem Fußboden heraus ragt. Soviel zum Zimmer, als ich an die Rezeption wollte um mit jemandem zu sprechen, war diese...

「Chambre propre, personnel très accueillant, bon petit déjeuner. Attention il n'est pas possible de prendre l'ascenseur en soirée pour certaines chambres-se le faire préciser à la réservation ?- les chambres étant réparties et séparées par la réception fermée le soir. Très bon emplacement dans le centre de Wittlich. C'est la 2e fois que je réserve ici et je garde précieusement les coordonnées pour un éventuel prochain séjour à Wittlich 」

「What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value. 「We spent 1 month in 7 countries and Mosella Inn and the surrounding area was the best of all! Great food, very clean, the staff was very helpful. Of all the hotels this was the only one that did not provide soap in the bathrooms. 」

「Das Hotel bzw.die Zimmer auf der Etage waren auf einer Baustelle.Ich bin schon viel rumgekommen in der Welt ,aber sowas habe ich für den Preis (102,50 für 1 Nacht mit Frühstück ) noch nie erlebt .Es ist auch meine erste negative Bewertung die ich über ein Hotel schreibe und das soll was heißen. Der wunderschöne Eifelpark ist in der Nähe mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.」

「Zimmer war sauber, allerdings war die Bettfront lose und hing herunter. Personal war freundlich, jedoch sprachen viele kaum deutsch und man musste in Englisch kommunizieren. Der Wellnessbereicb ist ok, aber leider konnten wir das Schwimmbad am 2 Tag und am Morgen der Abreise nicht nutzen, weil es ein technisches Problem gab. Das ist natürlich schade, wenn man extra wegen dem Thermalschwimmbd genau diese Hotel bucht.」
