"The details were wrong. The building has been refashioned as a ski shop and is unrecognisable. The room next to mine was very noisy, leaving a crate of beer outside my room. They were so rowdy they set the fire alarm off at 4am. I paid the high pri e because I believed breakfast was included and that this accommodation was a chocolate box style chalet style Hotel. Instead I got a ski shop with rooms. Please arrange a 50% refund"

"The hotel is very close to the Pilani gondola. An easy walk even in all your ski gear and carrying your equipment.
