They also have a shuttle bus service from the port, which makes it very easy. The only small area for improvement is that their beds are quite uncomfortable. 「The hotel is very clean and cozy. I love the design of the room and the private balcony. It's about 5 mins walking distance to the beautiful beach Agio Prokoios. Better to stay in the hotel with your own transportation as the public bus is not really on schedule.」

「The service from reception is so nice and we love our room so much. It is so elegant and the balcony is so cozy. This hotel let us feel we are in real honeymoon. The water in swimming pool is cold, but the view is good. The breakfast have many choice and when we have breakfast there are some bees and flies fly around us. Although it takes a bit time to walk down to the beach or climb back to the hotel, it is still ok to us. We miss the time to stay here.」

「For this price it’s exactly location with a view if room type is with balcony which I strongly suggest my room is 302 on 3rd floor and met many returned customers, to be honest Naxos can stay for a weekend like a get away 2 nights 3 days and if you want to just enjoy food and drinks without worrying about hotel expenses, this definitely is your choice. 」

「The room didnt look like on the photos at all. It gave us a spartanic impression. Very sober and cold. The bathroom was a disaster. You took a shower and it was literally flooded. The pool was milky green of color and could not be used. We sent emails twice, but they could not resolve the issue. We asked for a compensation since we booked the hotel because it has a pool. But the request was ignored until now. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly in general.」

Best of all, the hotel staff were super-friendly and attentive. Katerina arranged a car rental and picked it up for us. She gave me Greek lessons. We felt so welcome and were taken care of very well.
