"Larger rooms than most European hotel rooms. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Hotel Aachen. The room was clean and staff quickly responded to our request for extra pillows (we originally only had one each). All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Not much noise outside considering how busy the Christmas markets were, so we slept comfortably. "
