Do not travel during a holiday or event. They had a car rally while we were there...very busy...traffic was bad. Hotel lifts were down so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Good, kitchen, washer/dryer. Bad, bed, shower, no balcony, no dishwasher. Ugly, courtyard, cracked bathroom sink, cracked cereal bowls.
