Little Gem in Scarborough

Amazing guest house and superb hosts. Really lucky to find this gem in an until now undiscovered part of Scarborough for us. Really close to everything and lots of lovely walks will definitely recommend and return.

Great B+B

Fantastic B+B in Scarborough. Good sized rooms, big bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Great breakfast choice. Phil and Christine were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely stay again.

Good welcome hosting was very good nothing was to much for them free parking room was very clean there was plenty tea and coffee in the room and breakfast was excellent

Waves Scarborough.

It was a very pleasant experience from arrival till leaving. Chris and Phil couldn't have been more obliging and the facilities were brilliant. Breakfast was every choice you could wish for, nothing was any trouble. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Lovely B&B - would stay again.

Great welcome received. Amazingly comfortable beds and delicious breakfast with great choices available. One minor issue was with the toilet being placed so close to the wall in the bathroom, it was difficult to use comfortably.

The Waves is an excellent place to stay from arriving to departing nothing was too much trouble for hosts Phil and Chris. The breakfast was amazing with a wide range of choice. We would come here again and would recommend to anybody to stay here

Fabulous stay in a great Bed and Breakfast

Beautiful B&B in a great location with welcoming, friendly, helpful hosts. The room was smallish but perfect for our needs with every little thing considered and provided. There was a fantastic choice of breakfasts, all perfectly prepared and delicious, including many gluten free options! The common areas were well kept and inviting and we enjoyed every one of the hosts recommendations re where to visit and eat etc. Will definitely stay again.

On arrival we were greeted by Phill. He gave us a tour of the lounge and dinning room. He showed us to our room . The was excellent clean and tidy. The breakfast menu was amazing with plenty of selection for everyone from a full breakfast to smoothies. We had a wonderful stay despite our concert been cancelled.

We had a superb experience at The Waves Coastal. The hosts were both lovely people ,norhing too much trouble, very friendly and welcoming . The hotel was very clean ,our room was excellent, very comfy beds and excellent shower !!!!Free use of the jukebox or record player in the comfortable and welcoming lounge area . The breakfast choice was impressive ,our choice of the Yorkshire breakfast was very wise ,a quality breakfast of bacon sausage egg mushrooms etc ,plentiful fresh and tasty . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return .

Amazing weekend.

The room was a good size, pleasant atmosphere and clean. The staff were extremely likeable and friendly and the breakfast was very good. Next time we go to Scarborough we'll definitely try to get onto The Waves again.

We were warmly welcoming by Phil and Chris and made to fell at home right away. The property was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with every option you could imagine. We will certainly be back. Thank you for a nice stay.
