We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. We went to the provider's stables which were 45 minutes away. Then, we find out we were supposed to go to the hotel and the riding will have to go on without us. Then we got a call...

Pyysin lapsemme syntymäpäivän huomioimista sisään kirjautuessa ja vastaus oli tylysti ei. Aamiaisella töykeä palvelu eikä uloskirjautuessa kysytty sanallakaan vierailusta. Ympäristö on kaunista."
